Metric Definition:

The percentage of major contractual requirements that have been met by this service area.

Quarterly Performance:

In 2014, Staff incorporated a contract compliance component for contracted services into the Key Performance Measures program. This report provides a concise summary of the major requirements for each individual contract. Code Compliance's contractor, Jacobs, had a 97% contractual compliance rate in 2018 because they are currently not able to run reports that provide the City with all of the information necessary to complete the monthly report. This is in no way a reflection of their performance, but a result of CD moving to a new software system that doesn’t allow them to run a report that identifies all of the criteria necessary for the monthly report. They are working with the City's IT department to create a custom report that will allow them to run a report that identifies all items necessary for their monthly report.
