Metric Definition:

The Customer Satisfaction Rating is the total number of positive survey responses over the total number of negative responses. This provides the City with a greater understanding of the satisfaction rating of residents with the provision of Code Compliance.

Quarterly Performance:

Code Compliance received 18 completed surveys and had an overall customer satisfaction rating of 83% in Quarter 3. This continues a trend of Code Compliance exceeding the 80% target mark.
